Prayer to Saint Richard
Saint Richard, humble son of the Church, young man in love with Christ, attentive and available doctor, religious happy in the offering of himself, today I turn to you with trust, with the simplicity and confidence of your sick. I ask you to intercede for me and for my loved ones: help us to grow in faith, which is nourished by prayer, in hope, which never fails, in charity, which transforms the world. Teach me to walk, as you did, following and loving the Lord, under the serene gaze of Mary, his and our mother, bearing witness to the joy of the Gospel, without being ashamed of my faith. Obtain for me from the heart of Jesus the grace that I humbly invoke, never allow me to distance myself from the friendship of Christ, until the day we all meet in the full light of heaven. Amen.
